I can't book, it says I am outside the service area!

While we are just getting started, we cannot logistically service Cumberland or the more rural valley communities *yet*. However, we hope to incorporate them ASAP! Please send a request with your address through the contact page, we log all service area requests to assess market demand and plan for service area expansions.

Do I have to be home for pick-up or drop-off?

Not at all! Just leave your items bagged securely, and carry on with your day. We offer contactless pick-up and drop-off.

Is there a minimum order?

Our service starts at $60, which includes 2 standard laundry loads and pick-up/delivery. Your choice of detergent, and dryer sheets if desired, are included. Additional loads are $26/each and you may also choose add-ons for your loads.

What counts as a load?

One standard household load is approximately the amount that fits in a 45 L kitchen garbage bag or medium laundry basket, without being tightly packed.

What types of laundry do you accept, and what do you not?

We accept clothing, linens, small blankets, and towels. Carpets, large blankets, pet bedding, incontinence products, motor oil / industrial chemicals, and heavily soiled items are not accepted.

We include your choice of a standard, quality, scented detergent OR an unscented detergent. Dryer sheets are optional, but also included at no additional cost. We also offer add-ons including Oxy Brightener, Scent Beads, and Enzyme Booster (ideal for clothing that holds odour like activewear, and any clothing that benefits from a boost of cleaning power!)

How about the washing of delicates?

Clothing must be able to withstand at least a delicates wash cycle and low dry, sorted into their own load bag. We are not responsible for items that may be incorrectly washed and damaged in the wash and dry process.

What is your turnaround time?

We will have your laundry back in 48hrs, and as early as 24hrs.

What areas do you service?

We currently service most of Courtenay, Comox, and Cumberland. Outlying areas may be added to our routes at a future date. If we do not currently service your area, feel free to send us an email so we can can get an idea of the demand and possibly expand!

What if I send more loads than I thought I did?

We will adjust your total to reflect the loads completed.

When will my laundry be picked up?

You will be able to choose your pickup window when booking your service. We will then add your address to the optimized pickup route we will be driving at that time.
